What is yoga?

A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. (Google)

To me, yoga is time. The erasing of it, it is like stepping into another dimension where every one of your thoughts stops and the light in you rearranges those thoughts into the best possible expression of your reality.

And that can mean a successful business.

Stop thinking you need more money, more time, more people to grow your business.

What you need is more control.

Control over your own thoughts, and emotions. The practice of yoga coupled with some breathing techniques can increase your business by a thousandfold.

All you have to do is set aside 10 minutes a day to just sit down and observe your thoughts. Do not act on them, simply observe them, by doing this exercise you allow the flow of information to eliminate negative realities and dimensions of yourself.

You will, as the days pass and you continue the practice, find yourself making more specific, good and valuable decisions for your business.

Cultivate the calmness and the confidence to know what opportunities to take and which to avoid.
