“It takes 21 days to create a habit.”

Breaking a bad habit can take you a lifetime. So what can you do, if either life or yourself have fallen into a pattern of bad habits?

Easy.

Take the time to install new habits into your brain software.

If it takes 21 days to create a habit and 90 days to create a lifestyle, then you got 3 months to shape up and re-shape yourself. Take it one step at a time, do you drink? Smoke? Over eat? Under sleep?

Whatever it may be, start by adding 5 mins of meditation to your life. Make that the first habit, after that all will become clear. To paraphrase Paramahansa Yogananda:

I can’t promise you that you’ll be happy, but I’ll promise you that you will stop doing the things that make you unhappy.

Take the challenge and re-shape yourself.
