Talk about evolution. Woow, from sketch to final this is probably one of the most different illustrations I’ve ever done. The client’s initial sketch was literally stick figures, and here you can see that even that works to give an artist some good direction. Thankfully I’ve worked with this client before so when they said “Server Man but with a brown hairstyle” it was very easy for me to just start sketching the Server Man character I had done previously for them and then just make the full illustration. Quite a fun project, hope i get to do more character illustration work this year.
